Cancellation Policy

We send out a SMS the 2 days before your appointment as a reminder, you need to call us to cancel or reschedule, otherwise your appointment is deemed confirmed and will be seen as acknowledgement of our cancellation policy.

Clients rescheduling or cancelling appointments need to notify the salon 24 hours prior to any treatment.

Please keep in mind that last minute cancellations limits preferred appointment times for yourself.

Booking in advance for Christmas must have a deposit. Failure to do so will regrettably result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. If the appointment space can be filled the fee will be waived.

EFTPOS fee is 2%. For over the phone payment, EFTPOS fee is 3.1%.
