Cancellation Policy
We send out a SMS the day before your appointment as a reminder, you need to respond to this with a Yes to confirm. If you need to re-schedule your appointment we require 24 hours notice.  Confirming your appointment will be seen as acknowledgement of our cancellation policy.
Please keep in mind that last minute cancellations limits preferred appointment times for yourself.
A cash, card deposit of 50% will be required by the end of the month for any treatments over 30mins.  Booking in advance for Christmas must have a deposit.
Clients rescheduling or cancelling appointments need to notify the salon 24 hours prior to any treatment.  Failure to do so will regrettably result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.  If the appointment space can be filled the fee will be waived.
Minimum EFTPOS is $30, any treatments totaling under this amount will incur a $1 charge to process through EFTPOS.
